EiC Corporation Announces Closure of the
Company
September 19, 2007 Santa Clara, CA-EiC Corporation today
announced they are in the process of formally closing their operations,
after a decade of designing, manufacturing and selling GaAs RF amplifier
ICs.
The company is close to completing all legal procedures outlined by the
state of California and has completed last time buys for their remaining
customers. Manufacturing of EiC’s line of Power Amplifier Modules, the
ECMxxx series part numbers has ceased.
The majority of EiC’s original product line was sold to WJ Communications in
June of 2004 (see earlier press release). Any inquiry regarding gain block
and intermediate power amplifiers of the part number series ECxxxx, ECGxxx
