Wedding Bell Favor!

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

There was the sound of wedding bells, the tossing of rose petals, and the traditional run for the limo while friends and family cheered us on. That’s how it was on our wedding day. I have to say, it was a fantastic ceremony too, and with all the help I got on accessory suggestions, it wasn’t hard to put it all together. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.

Starting with the invitations and ending with the perfect little thank you gifts, they had it all. On the front of our invitations was silver printing which added to the elegance of the card. I found a lovely ring pillow and flower basket set that I also ordered from them. It came in a beautiful garnet, and there was also a guestbook and pen set, and a very lovely wedding garter. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.

I also picked out an aisle runner along with other accessories for our wedding. We wanted to have a wedding bell favor and we loved it! After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. It was really a unique idea.

I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted to make our reception tables sparkle, so I ordered as much crystal as I could get away with, starting with crystal champagne flutes. I chose the bride and groom toasting set for us and champagne flutes with elegant twisted stems for our friends and family. Wedding bells favors really made our tables shine with elegance, and I thought it would be a nice gift for our guests as a little something extra to show our appreciation.

There were so many lovely accessories, that I really wanted to buy them all, but that would have been going a little overboard on the décor. Glass coasters was our choice of wedding favor gifts for our guests. Each set of coasters had a special calla lilie design. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The silver favor boxes, along with all the other accessories on the tables, really added to the décor. There were also some very unique centerpieces on our reception tables, made up of flowers and candles, that I bought online.

The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Three tiers of luscious chocolate and cherries with a gorgeous wedding cake topper as the crowning glory. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. The reception was fantastic, as was the wedding ceremony. We had so many photos of the wedding ceremony and reception that I went back online and ordered a second wedding photo album. We have quite a few pictures of the the cake cutting and sharing of the first piece. There were also pictures of our first dance together as man and wife, our guests on the dance floor and an adorable picture of the flower girl and ring boy dancing together.

The compliments I got from our guests on our wedding décor was really nice, but it really made me feel good to know that they all had such a great time. Someday I’d like to have a renewal ceremony and reception for our anniversary and thank goodness, my husband agrees.

Do your research before choosing wedding gifts!

It took me a while before I could decide on a theme for our ceremony and reception party. I checked on three different themes, beach, garden and country western. But on the other hand there is a lot to be said for tradition. I also thought about a fantastic destination wedding. I thought about the tropical shores of Hawaii or the excitement of Vegas might be a great idea. I would probably go for the Hawaii destination. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
Then I thought about a winter themed wedding. But a wedding in July just didn’t seem like the right time to do a winter theme. I decided to go with the last, but not least of the wedding theme ideas, and have a fairy tale ceremony and reception. There were plenty of fairy tale accessories and ideas to work with for the perfect story book wedding. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So my decision was made. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
I went online and found fairy tale invitations that I could send out. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. As I made my way down the aisle to my handsome prince Charming I felt like I was living a dream. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding ceremony. The accessories I bought added so much glamour and style to our storybook wedding. Rose petals were falling all around us as we were leaving the church. We were driven to the reception in a horse drawn carriage, just like royalty.
Our reception was a total success, with all the storybook accessories, it looked like the inside of a castle. I found everything to fit the ocassion from decorations to wedding favors. I even found the perfect favor boxes to put each themed wedding party favor in for our guests. There were so many accessories to choose from to help with our storybook reception. I bought little coaches that made perfect place card holders, and exquisite champagne flutes with a storybook design. They had everything imaginable for a storybook wedding and reception.
Everyone had a fabulous time and I received a lot of compliments on the décor. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I know I was impressed and it was my wedding. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. Everything from our wedding cake topper to the wedding party favors for our friends and family went with our storybook theme. I felt that a momento of this special day would mean more than any other gift I could give them. I wanted to give them something they would look back on with fond memories.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. Believe it or not, I was able to get thank you notes with a fairytale theme. I wouldn’t mind having a fairytale anniversary renewal ceremony.

GorgeousUnique Wedding Gift!

There are really a lot of unique wedding ideas to work with these days. There is a lot to choose from in wedding supplies when you are planning your special day. If I only knew about all the possibilities on the internet when I did my planning for my wedding. There are so many themed weddings that are possible to have today, with all kinds of great accessories to make it perfect. If I had use of the unique wedding gift selection, I know I would go for the storybook wedding. I saw so many great accessories and reception supplies for the fairy tale motif and was amazed at all of them. There are gorgeous bridal veils, both short and long to choose from with pretty little rhinestones along the border, or my favorite, the floral veil with embroidery around the edges. There are some beautiful tiaras too that would go great with the veil I like so much. I think I would have picked that one for my fairytale wedding.
You should see the lovely little flower baskets and ring pillows they have. They have a combo set that comes with a lot of accessories that will go with any wedding ceremony that you want to have. I found one that was perfect for my storybook wedding with baskets, pillows with lots of satin and lace that match my wedding and even had albums, guestbooks and unity candles that went with my theme. You would not have to worry about planning the wedding you always wanted, because of the huge selection they have to offer. They also have very unique wedding invitations for your friends and families’ thank you gifts. I would have chosen the carriage candle as a gift for my guests, and I probably would have bought one for myself too, they’re so adorable. There’s also storybook placecard holders that look like castles and very stylish picture frame placecard holders too. They have unusual wedding ideas for a for all kinds of themed weddings. Like the winter wonderland wedding, that was is truly awesome too. There are snowball place card holders, and unique wedding gift ideas like snowmen tea lights and beautiful winter votive candles in lovely icy blue colors and designs. They have a great selection for almost any theme you choose, from a seasonal wedding to a country style ceremony and reception.
I found some really awesome ideas for wedding cake toppers for all kinds of receptions, even for the couple that enjoy a good laugh. You can also get whimsical wedding toppers that will give everyone a good laugh. I really loved the one I found in my search that implies that the bride is the boss, because she’s wearing his pants and the one where the bride has hooked the groom with a fishing pole. You can also find a lot of romantic toppers in many styles.
Back in my day when we were married we did not have a lot choices, but it would have been great if they did. This would have allowed me to have my storybook wedding the way I wanted to plan it. Today the couples getting married can plan there wedding with great memories that will last a lifetime. When the bride and groom get married, they look at it as staying together for the rest of their lives and plan their wedding to be everything they wanted. If so, then plan the wedding you’ve always dreamed of. See all the benefits that is out there for your special event and make this wedding unforgettable, with a lot of memories that will carry you through your lifetime.
